Leaky clothes washer hoses are a major problem
Challenge
For years washer and dryer set have been installed across America. The factory hoses that come with many of these units are not of the highest quality. Think of how often you use your washer. Wouldn't it be very irritating if you came down to the basement to wash a load of laundry and saw the lines broken and water spilling out everywhere? DryZone inspectors see thousands of homes every year and every couple weeks they come across a home where the washer is an issue. We recently helped a homeowner who had several other issues in his leaky Easton, Maryland basement, and our inspector pointed out that the water lines behind the washer were dripping. Luckily for this homeowner, DryZone had the perfect fix.
Solution
FloodCheck hoses are a great addition to any home. After all, think about the houses that don't have a basement washer and dryer. Are they less likely to leak? If the water gets all over an unfinished basement its probably just a wet concrete floor, but if the washer leaks in your living space, it will be a much bigger mess. These hoses are very sturdy and carry a massive warranty. When the homeowner sees them up close, they almost always comment on the visible difference in quality. They can tell that they are heavier and look like they will last.
