Cracked concrete blocks
When the foundation blocks under any home crack this bad it can cause the home to shift and settle off center. There are several ways to fix these problems, we could use push piers, or jacks, or helical piers. It all depends on the individual situation.
Water damage and wood rot
The dark line on the blocks is a water stain. With that much water in the crawlspace, the ground is saturated and can erode easily. If the dirt under the wall is loose, the weight of the home can compress it. When that happens the weight isn't spread evenly and can crack the walls.
