This homeowner found a few cracks in the unfinished portion of their basement behind the garage foundation wall. We used FlexiSpan to fill and seal the crack permanently, as well installed ice guard on their discharge line so water does not freeze in it.   FlexiSpan® crack repair is actually a three-part process that begins with the application of a flexible sealant along the full length of the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack. Finally, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam strip.
