Bowing walls
We don't usually get to see the side of a wall and how severe the bowing action gets. This wall was very extreme, so much so that we told the homeowners not to have any wild parties and then we cleared the schedule.
Wall crack
Some spots I could stick my ball point pen in the wall crack, that is never a good sign.
