A home owner in Ocean View was having some issues with his flooring dipping. He called DryZone to come out and see if we could fix the problem. The day of the appointment, one of our inspectors had went out and did the inspection to see what was causing the dipping. In turns out, the foundation was sitting on settling soil. Meaning, it was causing it dip. We later came back out and installed smart jacks. These jacks are used to raise the flooring and even out the home.
