Entrance water
This photo shows how because the water was allowed to get in because the sealing was not being done right is it now stuck on top of it.

Cracks in the sealing along the edge allowed water into the crawlspace when there was a large amount of rain but the water was not able to find a way out leaving it pooled along the edges
Bade seal
Looking at the seal along the support pillar you can see the cracks which will allow water to come in the next time it rains

Because of the amount of standing water in the crawlspace, their is a high level of humidity leading to mold

This mold can have negative effects on the health of both the young and the old so it is important to create an environment where it can not grow
