DryZone employees go the extra mile to get the job done right

Recently one of our crew finished a crawlspace repair project in Easton, MD. When the foreman came back to the office after the last day of work, it was nearly 9:00 pm. You see when most people would stop at 5:00 and just come back the next day to finish, our guys knew they could finish up and save the next day for another project. I remember hearing them talk about the job and the interaction they had with the homeowner. When the foreman realized he would need a few more hours to finish up, he approached the homeowner to WOW Serviceexplain things. The man was very nice and completely understood, even crawled under to check things out. The expression was described to me as “yup, this is very nice.” They shared in a good laugh and polished off the last few things, then headed home.

They didn’t know this but the owners and management frequently call after jobs are completed to say thanks and see if we can answer any questions or concerns the homeowner’s might have. This man was so happy with the work done. He asked if there was a way he could send a thank you to the crew, and said that he had already recommended us to three neighbors. This is what we refer to as “WOW” service. Crawlspace vapor barriers and water management is our business but customer service is what drives that business.
