Cracked foundation in Brandywine Hills, DE

A cracked basement wall in a Brandywine Hills, DE home was a major problem. The crack was about 1/8 inches wide but tracked along the entire wall all the way to the other side of the basement. This was certainly not a good thing. The basement ground had settled, and since the basement was surrounded by dirt, it was actually pushing the foundation upward and over.
