A Lewes, DE home in need of air control

Total Basement Finishing by DryZone was called out to service a home in Lewes, DE. The walls were leaking and water was everywhere. We told the homeowner that before we started to finish the basement, we needed to control the humidity in it. You see in the photo above that even though the materials we use to finish your basement cannot be harmed by water and humidity, the furnishings that you put down in the basement once it is finished can still be destroyed very quickly. 

The dehumidifier pictured above is not the one you should use for your basement. DryZone installs a dehumidifier that is appropriately sized for the space and finishing project.
