Georgetown Delaware Lunch and Learn

On September 5, 2012 DryZone’s Owner Bill Anderson and commercial Accounts Representative Jason Harman instructed a “Lunch and Learn” with French & Ryan Incorporated. During this “Lunch and Learn” Jason had discussed all of what DryZone can do with a failing foundation. Jason discussed Helical Piers, Push Piers, Smart Jacks, and Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. One particular home that was featured in this presentation; a case in Salisbury, MD, the man’s house was sitting on filled soil. What this means is the soil was too loose and it could not hold the back half of the house and it was literally breaking in two. DryZone came in, placed helical anchors around the man’s home in order to keep from settling further, and was able to re-level it. Another case DryZone did was out in Lewes, DE. A couples home was uneven and caving in on them. DryZone came out, placed Smart Jacks underneath the home, in the crawlspace, and began raising the house up to where it was nice and even. They were finally able to open their windows and close their doors.

The architects really enjoyed the presentation, and are currently working on a helical pier job in Seaford, DE.  The project is a local church in need of much repair.  DryZone can handle all foundation issues in your home wether you live on Locust St., Pines St., Cedar Ave. or 4th Ave  Call DryZone if your organization would like a similar presentation.
