Finishing a Camden, DE basement PART TWO
On June 8th 2012 Kenny Sharpless arrives in our Camden Delaware finished basement project to perform an initial production visit. When Kenny shows up to the home he has several things to accomplish, first is to re measure the jobsite and make sure that there is no issues with the preliminary design that Brad performed. With all of the measurements correct, Kenny spoke with the homeowner about design of the floor (what pattern, and color his team will be installing), we have found out that most homeowners change their mind after the designer leaves, so in anticipation Kenny will go over the flooring options again.
With no major changes to the original design, Kenny began to go over his checklist on things his crews will need to know about the project, where the plumbing and electrical tie-ins are. We are installing brand new steps in the home and he had to get correct measurements so we can order the correct basement stairs. With all of this out of the way Kenny will take our drawings to our architect so we can get a blueprint of the new finished basement so our crews can install the project.
