From waterproofing to the classroom!

DryZone has always believed that an educated homeowner will make an educated decision.  With this in mind Bill Anderson one of owners of DryZone and Jason Harmon our Commercial Accounts Specialist have teamed up to educate all real estate agents on Delmarva on how they can fix wet and damp crawlspaces, wet and flooded basements, and broken or failing faoundations.

Bill and Jason are teaching a class February 16 at the Kent County Association of Realtors building located on Walker Road in Dover, DE.  This three hour presentation will give new and vetran agents an insight on how you can "Fix It  Before You List It".

The agents who will attend this class will learn what to do in the event that one of their listing has issues in the crawlspace or basement as it pertains to water, mold, mildew, smells, high humidity, falling insulation and foundations cracks. The agents will also be given C.E. credits used for license renewals.
